Point people to the actual policy page. "Based on our policy" only works if there's a policy they can read — otherwise it reads like a dodge, and it's the kind of vague claim that draws chargebacks and FTC attention.
Make sure the policy page says what the warranty actually covers. Defects in the painting and stitching is different from normal wear or damage. If a customer scuffs it at month three and you say no, you want that in writing beforehand.
